Learn About Wine (LAW) School




Come and Learn About Wine (LAW) and the rich history of the Finger Lakes region as we explore the wines and stories of our backyard. LAW School will feature the stories of Dr. Frank, Walter S. Taylor, Great Western Winery and more...each class will be unique and will include a flight of 5 wines. Tastings will be indoors at the Museum.

Presented by wine educator Rebecca Mahmoud who has 25 years of working in the wine industry with most of those years training industry professionals. Among other credentials, she has judged international wine competitions.

Seating limited to 20 persons per tasting. Cost is $35 per person.

LAW School begins at 5:30pm. Reservations required and are accepted online (see below) or by phone at 585-243-9147.

This first LAW School will feature the stories and wine of Dr. Konstantin Frank with a taste of a flight of 5 wines. Dr. Frank was a visionary who understood the terroir of the region and helped shape the industry we all know today. Come and listen to the story of the Frank family with wine from their cellars.
